GRP Review Committee
To determine expectations of the GRP Division, the division has 80 customers under contract, of which 7 receive surface water. The 80 customers are represented by a GRP Review Committee that the GRP Division receives direction from.

Members
- Vacant-Chair appointed by Participants that are municipalities, exclusive of the City of Conroe (by vote)
- Erich Peterson-Vice Chair appointed by the Board of Trustees of The Woodlands Water Agency
- Benjamin Slotnick-Member appointed by Participants that are conservation and reclamation districts, other than members of The Woodlands Water Agency, located east of I-45 (by vote)
- John Sellars-Member appointed by the City Council representing the City of Conroe
- Vacant-Member appointed by Participants that are conservation and reclamation districts, other than members of The Woodlands Water Agency, located west of I-45 (by vote)
- Michael Stoecker-Member appointed by the Conservation District who is an employee, director, or officer of a Private Well Owner (LSGCD)
Note Regarding Budget Item
Per House Bill 1522 of the 89th Legislative Session, and effective September 1, 2025, any approved budget(s) must be attached to the notice or posted on the homepage of the entity’s website along with a notice of taxpayer impact statement that shows the tax impact on the median-valued homestead of the (i) the proposed budget, and (ii) a balance budget funded at the no-new-revenue tax rate as calculated under Chapter 26, Tax Code.
