SJRA periodically conducts planning studies to identify options for meeting the long-range water needs of our customers in Montgomery County and East Harris County. The results of this study are compiled in the Raw Water Supply Master Plan, which is aimed at providing guidance for making long-term raw water supply decisions through an analysis of demands, supplies, and potential water supply projects to meet identified needs.
