In 2024, SJRA launched a new Customer Portal for residents and businesses located around Lake Conroe. The portal was designed to make it easier for customers to find information, ask questions, make payments, and submit applications online. The portal can be accessed by visiting our website at www.sjra.net. To navigate to the portal, click on Contact Us at the bottom of the hamburger navigation on the lefthand side of the homepage.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Customer Portal.

Or go directly to https://customerportal.sjra.net/.

“Customer service has always been a top priority for us,” said Heather Ramsey, Director of Communications and Public Affairs. “This tool allows customers to connect with us anytime, anywhere—making it faster and more convenient to get the information and services they need.”
Through the portal, customers can access and submit the following types of applications:
- dock,
- irrigation,
- bulkheading,
- buoy,
- on-site sewage facility,
- pool,
- lake events, and
- dredging.
Customers can also view a list of preferred vendors approved to conduct work on and around Lake Conroe. In addition, users can find helpful information about items related to the Lake Conroe reservoir and surrounding areas via our helpful resources link. The portal also allows customers to submit questions and complaints (even anonymously) to the SJRA staff.
The Customer Portal even offers the ability to pay bills online at any time, providing greater convenience and saving customers a trip to SJRA offices. Designed with user-friendly navigation, the portal ensures customers can manage their accounts and applications from their computer or mobile devices.
The San Jacinto River Authority (SJRA), established by the Texas Legislature in 1937, is dedicated to developing, conserving, and protecting the water resources of the San Jacinto River basin. SJRA values the strong relationships built with its customers around Lake Conroe and is continually seeking ways to improve communication, convenience, and service.
