Description

In support of TxDOT’s widening of FM 2100 in Crosby, the SJRA installed two temporary bypass pipes in 2019. During the widening project, TxDOT’s contractor installed box culverts beneath FM 2100 for SJRA’s long term use. With the widening of FM 2100 completed in the Siphon 7 project area, the SJRA would like to move forward with utilizing the newly constructed culverts. In order to do so, the SJRA has solicited a contractor to regrade the canal to the new culverts and remove the temporary bypass pipes outside of the FM 2100 ROW. There are no planned road closures for this project, but construction traffic will be entering and exiting the project site from FM 2100.
