Description

The Wastewater Strategic Plan will consist of a high-level feasibility study to evaluate options for consolidating the existing wastewater collection and treatment system and compare those options to a baseline scenario of replacing the existing infrastructure based on its service life. SJRA will coordinate with the MUD Boards to determine if a more detailed and comprehensive study (Phase 2) is needed based upon the results of Phase 1. If the MUD Boards elect to proceed with consolidation, SJRA may then initiate Phase 2 of the study to develop a master plan for the collection system and treatment facility improvements required to consolidate the system.
